So, at our last quarterly round of Corporate Strategic Plan Review (in June 2021), we recalibrated our corporate targets and re-evaluated our departments, services, and competencies. Again, these past months have exposed the vulnerabilities of society and industry. We have a more urgent need to expand our impact by growing our community outreach and social responsibility functions. With these priority areas, we will continue to keep the trust and maintain the confidence of our clients and communities.
